SMOKING and HEALTHY
Almost all of the people in the world are smokers. Ranging from adults to teenagers, an even the children underage. It’s not because their choice, but because they have no way out to stop this bad tradition. It originated from trial and error and then they start to get used to smoking. And finally, they will be addicted. In the meantime, many young people think that they would look cool and funky if they smoking. That’s a wrong assumption, because smoking is identical with the bad boy.
“cool without smoking”. That is the motto that we must instill in ourselves. We must remember that we are a student not a thug.
Most of the smokers are trying to quit smoking, but they can’t. because, they have been addicted to nicotine found in cigarettes.
In the pack of cigarettes, there is writing about the dangerous of smoking, such as; smoking can cause cancer, heart attack, impotence, and interference of pregnancy and fetal. But they keep smoking without thinking about the consequences.
Actually, there are 18 different toxins in the cigarettes. Some of this toxins attack smooth membranes in the respiratory tract. And other toxins into the bloodstream and interfere the normal blood circulation. But, the most dangerous toxins are carcinogens or substances that cause cancer.

Why do we have to stop smoking? Because………..
Smoking is clearly cause many health problems, not only for the smokers but also the people around them.
So, if you love your self, love you family, concerned with the people around you, and your environment…STOP SMOKING.!!!!
Far better if you spend your money to the things that make you more healthy. Both physical and spiritual.
You must remember, SMOKING IS HARMS YOU and OTHERS AROUND YOU.
